Mike Hambright

Mike owns and operates Evolution Properties, Inc, a multi-million dollar residential real estate investing company in Dallas, TX. Having never purchased an investment house prior to joining HomeVestors® as an independently owned and operated franchise, they bought 65 houses in their first year during a ‘bad market’. Mike runs his franchise with his wife Lindsay, and they’ve now been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions since 2008 alone. They attribute their success to the HomeVestors® system, which is truly unparalleled in the industry. HomeVestors® recently launched a new ‘Associate Franchise’ model, which opened the door to almost anyone with a strong interest in real estate investing and a tireless desire to be successful. With Mike’s great experience and passion for helping others achieve their goals, he became a ‘Development Agent’ for HomeVestors®, responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring new franchisees. Mike mentors a rapidly growing team of new independently owned and operated HomeVestors® franchisees, which are able to climb the learning curve rapidly, due to all the knowledge generated by the system that’s purchased over 50,000 houses during its 15 year lifespan.
Mike lives in the Dallas area with his wife Lindsay and son. Mike’s rapidly growing team of franchisees is made up of folks from all walks of life, with a diverse set of experiences prior to joining HomeVestors®.
