Be Selective – Don’t Rehab “By Default”.

Know, whenever you buy a property, what you’re going to do with it! You never want to buy a property with the intention of wholesaling it, not find a buyer (because you didn’t buy deep enough) and then be “forced” to close and rehab it. Be selective with any property you rehab and make sure it meets your specified criteria for a rehab and falls within your “sweet spot”.
